Contracts to Grow – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from Contracts to Grow, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • If you purchase a product eligible for payment in two installments, you agree to make and complete the first installment at the time of purchase and that the second installment will be automatically billed to your credit card on file one month later on the same date as sign up. 
  • If you fail to make any subsequent payments, access shall be immediately revoked and you will no longer have a valid license to use or access any contract templates associated with your purchase.
  • You agree that all payments are final and nonrefundable. Access is provided immediately upon purchase, and thus no refunds will be made once purchase has been made. 
  • You agree not to provide any third-party access to your membership or site log in or account. You agree not to share any contracts with any-third party for their usage outside of the scope of your personal usage for your business.
  • You agree not to use any contract templates for usage outside of your personal business usage, including commercial usage or reselling any portion of any agreement obtained from Contracts to Grow. 
  • You understand that Contracts to Grow, LLC is a separate entity from MDG Law Virtual, LLC and that any purchase from Contracts to Grow does not create an attorney client relationship with MDG Law Virtual, LLC or Melissa D. Green, Esq. 
  • You understand that there is no representation or warranty that any contract template created for Contracts to Grow is suitable for your business needs. No legal advice is being rendered, simply legal information. We recommend that you hire an attorney to review the contract and any changes to it for your jurisdiction. 
  • All terms and conditions for Contracts to Grow and Contracts to Grow Membership (including offerings and inclusions) are subject to change at the sole discretion of Company. If you have enrolled in Contracts to Grow Membership, you will be made aware of any changes either on this page or via email.
